Metallbau Wittberger GmbH is a family-owned metalworking company in Marchtrenk, Upper Austria, active in metal and mechanical engineering since 2001. Its range of services extends from sheet metal working to structural steelwork: The company manufactures components and constructions in steel, stainless steel and aluminium according to drawing or plan, in particular as contract manufacturing for industrial customers. A dedicated production area specialising in stainless steel processes grades 1.4301, 1.4404 and 1.4571; surfaces can be ground (workpieces up to 6 m in length), glass bead blasted, hot-dip galvanised, electro-galvanised, painted or powder coated. In addition to contract manufacturing for industrial customers and mechanical engineering, the company offers railing, staircase and balcony construction as well as canopies and terrace roofing with VSG laminated glass. Since 2014 the company has been certified to EN 1090 EXC 2 and EN 15085 CL2 and produces on approximately 1200 m² of production space.

Company History
- 2001
Foundation of the sole proprietorship by Gerald Wittberger in Schafwiesen, Wels; contract manufacturing for industrial customers as well as railing construction and stainless steel processing for private customers.
- 2002
Due to strong order volume, the first employees are hired.
- 2005
Conversion into Metallbau Wittberger GmbH in October.
- 2006
Move to the new production facility with office building in Marchtrenk.
- 2012
Expansion of the production hall from 900 m² to 1200 m².

Certifications EN 1090 EXC 2 and EN 15085 CL2; expansion of the contract manufacturing business segment.
