About us
Metalltechnik Cornils GmbH & Co. KG is a mechanical engineering, metal construction and conveying technology company based in Tornesch in Schleswig-Holstein. Founded in 1999 by Matthias Cornils, the company designs, manufactures and installs customised conveying systems such as chain belt conveyors, dosing hoppers, scraper conveyors, sliding belt conveyors and troughed roller belt conveyors, as well as modular conveying technology based on Interroll modules for containers, cartons and pallets. The portfolio is complemented by steel and metal construction work in steel and stainless steel, including maintenance platforms, stairs, railings, crash protection systems and enclosures. Turning, milling, punching and welding are performed in the company's own workshop in Tornesch. Key industries are waste and recycling technology, e-commerce and intralogistics; installations and construction management are carried out across Europe and worldwide. The range of services is rounded off by a maintenance and spare parts service with a 24/7 hotline, retrofit of layer palletisers, service for Hirschenkrämer systems and CE marking in accordance with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
