The Company
Metalltechnik Göbel GmbH is a medium-sized, owner-managed family company of the Göbel Group based in Dippoldiswalde-OT Reinholdshain (Saxony). As a contract manufacturer for mechanical and plant engineering, the company produces from single parts through prototypes to series production. The value chain includes laser cutting on two Bystronic fiber lasers (up to 25 mm steel/stainless steel/aluminium, 12 mm copper/brass), punching/nibbling, CNC bending on seven Bystronic press brakes up to 4.3 m, 3- and 5-axis CNC milling, conventional machining as well as certified welding (MIG, MAG, TIG, stud and spot welding) in accordance with EN 1090, including assembly production and surface finishing. Materials such as S235, S355, 1.4301, 1.4571, aluminium, copper, brass and galvanized DX51 are held in stock up to 4000x2000 mm. Design is carried out in 3D CAD (Solid Works/Solid Cam). The sister company Torsysteme Göbel offers industrial doors, garage doors, awnings, roller shutters and patio roofs.

Fiber laser cutting (10/15 kW)
ByStar Fiber 4020 and ByCut Fiber 3015 from Bystronic cut steel/stainless steel/aluminium up to 25 mm, copper/brass up to 12 mm, up to 4 m in length with ByTrans sheet change.
3- and 5-axis CNC milling
SPINNER machining centers produce precision parts up to 2500x520x460 mm or, in 5-axis, up to approx. Ø550x350 mm including freeform surfaces.
CNC bending
Seven Bystronic press brakes with an extensive tool inventory for pressure-mark-free bends up to 4.3 m in length.
MIG, MAG, TIG, stud and spot welding
Certified to EN 1090, including welding of individual components into precision assemblies.
