Turned parts in the third generation – a tradition since 1973
Miebach GmbH is a family-owned company based in Hille-Oberlübbe in the district of Minden-Lübbecke that has been manufacturing turned parts and turn-milled parts since 1973. Its service portfolio includes CNC turning with turning ranges of approx. Ø 16 mm to Ø 250 mm (up to Ø 70 mm from bar), CNC milling with milling, drilling, polygon, groove and internal hexagon machining, as well as hardening, cylindrical grinding and surface treatments such as polishing, zinc plating and burnishing. The machine park consists of 11 CNC lathes from Traub and Okuma, all equipped with driven tools, some with Y-axis, back-side machining and automatic loading, plus one Okuma MX 45 vertical machining centre. Production covers lot sizes of approx. 20 to 10,000 pieces, from simple turned parts to ready-to-install complex products. Customers come from gearbox manufacturing, conveying technology, the electrical industry, hydraulics, valve technology and general mechanical engineering, mainly from across Europe. Trained cutting machine operators and continuous further training form the basis of production; the company is managed by Matthias Miebach.
