About MKT-Produkte
MKT-Produkte is a family business founded in 1997 in Ehingen that manufactures components and products made of metal, plastic, rubber, carbon and wood. Its range of services extends from consulting through development and design (CAD), tool and mould making to the production and assembly of complete assemblies. In the metal sector, laser cutting, tube laser cutting, bending (up to 4500 mm bend length, 320 t press force), tube bending, CNC turning and milling as well as manual and robot-assisted welding are offered. Plastic processing includes injection moulding, GRP hand lay-up and RTM, deep drawing, blow moulding, rotational moulding, PU foaming (RIM) and extrusion; in the rubber sector, compression, transfer and compression moulding including rubber-metal bonds. In addition to parts made to drawing for industry and trade, the company offers its own product programme for the construction industry (patented mortar rollers) and the playground and leisure industry (slides made of GRP and V2A stainless steel). Production takes place at sites in Germany (Ehingen, Stuttgart), Bulgaria (Shumen), Romania (Odorheiu Secuiesc) and Slovenia (Jeruzalem).

Steel
Base material for laser cutting (up to 25 x 3000 x 1500 mm), welded parts and components for construction and industry.
Stainless steel
Used for all-stainless-steel slides made of 2 mm sheet and swing joints; V4A production possible upon agreement.
Aluminium
Processed in laser cutting (up to 15 mm), bending, welding and in advertising technology.
Glass-fibre-reinforced polyester resin
Material for slides, crawl tubes and changing cabins in the playground sector, manufactured by hand lay-up and RTM processes.
Thermoplastics and thermosets
