About MOZART Blades
MOZART AG is a family business in its fourth generation, based in Solingen since 1923, and a manufacturer of technical blades and cutting tools. With more than 100 employees, millions of blades are produced annually, including hook blades, trapezoid blades, snap-off blades, three-hole blades, industrial blades, precision blades, fiber blades, toothed blades, and a range of handles. Production takes place entirely at the Solingen site and includes cutting, grinding, hardening, and coatings such as titanium nitride (TiN) and DLC. The materials processed include high-alloy carbon steel (C-steel), carbon steel, and stainless steel. In addition to the standard range, the company develops custom special blades based on sample or sketch and acts as a development partner for materials, hardening, grinding geometry, and coatings. The products are used worldwide, among other applications, in flooring and leather processing, in film and plastic sheet materials, in fiber and nonwoven processing, in the trades, in industry, and in the creative DIY sector.
