As an official partner of Keyence, the company offers the Feedercell, a modular, compact solution for bin picking based on Keyence camera technology; additionally, a Cobot Welding System is available as an entry point into automated welding. Projects are implemented from concept development through layout creation and detailed design to assembly, wiring, and programming on a 1,400 m² production floor in Burbach; before delivery, the system is presented in full operation. Programming is done with Siemens S7, Beckhoff, and on the robot side for Kuka, YASKAWA MOTOMAN, and Adept. Customers come from the plastics, metal, electronics, pharmaceutical, food, and packaging industries. Remote maintenance facilities and a 24-hour service readiness ensure system availability throughout the entire machine life cycle.
