About Musashi Europe
Musashi Europe GmbH, headquartered in Bad Sobernheim, is part of the global Musashi Seimitsu Industry Group and a manufacturer of bulk-formed and machined drive components for the automotive industry. The company produces forged parts as well as semi-finished and ready-to-install components and assemblies, including for electric motors, transmissions, differentials and other drivetrain applications in passenger cars and trucks. The manufacturing portfolio comprises hot and cold forming, ring rolling, heat treatment, hardening, machining as well as fine and finish machining; the material used is predominantly bulk-formed steel. With around 2,000 employees in Europe, nine sites in Germany, Hungary and Spain, an annual capacity of 200,000 t of forged steel and approximately 100 million units produced per year, the company is one of the market leaders in bulk forming and machining. In-house development, prototype production and a central toolmaking operation (HAY-Tec in Grolsheim) complete the process chain through to the assembly of ready-to-install assemblies.
