mycon GmbH, headquartered in Bielefeld, develops and manufactures patented cleaning, monitoring and surface treatment systems for industry. Dry ice / dry snow (CO2)
Residue-free blasting medium for cleaning metal and plastic surfaces; the CO2 is predominantly obtained from industrial exhaust gases.
Compressed air-water cavitation
JetMaster process with only 0.3–1.0 l of water per minute for gentle cleaning of sensitive fin structures.
Water-soluble blast pellets
Non-abrasive pellets in the compressed air blast for paint and coating removal, e.g. on galvanized steel, without damaging the zinc layer.
Aluminum
Cleaning and deburring of aluminum parts as well as gentle cleaning of aluminum finned heat exchangers.
Plastic
Pretreatment of plastic parts before painting/coating as well as precise deburring of plastic parts.
Steel (galvanized)
Paint and coating removal from galvanized containers and vessels without destroying the protective layer.
