Newmatik GmbH is a family-owned electronics manufacturing services (EMS) company headquartered in Hennweiler, Rhineland-Palatinate, specializing in PCB assembly (PCBA). Founded in 1990 as ESO Electronic in Bruschied, the company was renamed Newmatik in 2023 after moving into a new plant in Hennweiler. The company produces SMT and THT assemblies from one-off pieces through rapid prototyping with 10-day express service up to volume production of over 10,000 pieces, complemented by PCB/BGA rework, selective soldering and conformal coating. All orders are produced in the company's own factories in Hennweiler (Germany) and Lipova (Romania, SC ESO Electronic S.R.L) — not as a broker. The offering is rounded out by component procurement via the in-house Elexess platform with over 25 connected distributors, warehousing for customer parts, DFM support and a fully integrated digital factory with online portal and real-time tracking. Customers come from automotive and charging infrastructure, industrial and home automation, consumer electronics, medical, aerospace and electronic musical instruments, for whom custom-made housings and front panels made of aluminium and steel are also produced via partners. More than 100 employees from more than twelve countries supply customers in over 20 countries on five continents.
