NEXTPACK AG, based in Plattling (Lower Bavaria), is a company founded in 2015 with approximately 45 employees, which develops, manufactures, and finishes customer-specific protective and transport packaging. The portfolio includes individual packaging made of honeycomb cardboard and corrugated cardboard, custom inserts for retail cartons, recyclable PE foam packaging, AS/ESD protective packaging for electronics, transport boxes made of material mix (honeycomb cardboard, corrugated cardboard, PE foam, wood), and winding solutions with trays. Manufacturing processes include cutting, creasing, molding, and stamping; a cutting plotter is used for small runs, samples, and prototypes. Unreticulated PE-LD foams are recycled in a dedicated system. Customers include the Automotive, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology, Building Technology, Metal Construction, Furniture Industry, Aerospace, and Railway/Commercial Vehicle sectors. Production takes place across 7,500 m² at two sites in Deggendorf and Aholming; the quality management systems of the sites are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
