About us
NL Zerspanungszentrum GmbH (NL Zerspanungstechnik GmbH) is a family-run supplier based in Kißlegg in Upper Swabia and has been manufacturing precision components for customers in mechanical engineering and toolmaking since 2000. The service portfolio includes CNC turning (with Y-axis and driven tools), CNC milling including 5-axis machining, surface grinding, MAG welding of simple to complex welded constructions, assembly of assemblies, jig and fixture building, surface treatment as well as design/engineering and a delivery service. The modern machine park ranges from CNC lathes with traverse paths up to Ø 700 mm / Z 1200 mm and 5-axis milling machines from Hermle and DMG MORI to a CNC bed-type milling machine with X traverse of 3500 mm. Production-accompanying quality assurance is carried out, among other things, with a Mitutoyo Crysta-Plus M574 coordinate measuring machine; since 2008 the company has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
