Since 1967, Noppel Maschinenbau GmbH has been manufacturing pretreatment, painting and powder coating systems in Sinsheim. Its range of services covers the entire spectrum of plant engineering for surface technology: consulting and project planning, design and engineering, manufacturing at the company's headquarters, on-site installation and commissioning, as well as subsequent support, maintenance and safety inspections. The product range includes continuous, chamber and dip pretreatment systems, high-pressure cleaning booths, powder spray booths, paint booths, rinse-water and paint dryers, powder curing ovens, fluidized bed sintering systems, as well as conveying and control technology with manual trolley, loop, power-and-free, belt, chain and plate conveyors. In addition, the company offers fresh water, circulation water and wastewater technology as well as, through its ECOplus and eCO2+ programs, measures to increase energy efficiency, including combined heat and power, heat recovery and vacuum distillation systems. Customers include companies from the automotive, furniture and electrical industries; reference systems have been implemented for STOPA, uemet and MWN. With ECOplus measures, existing systems—including those from other manufacturers—can also be converted, expanded and modernized.
