About us
OF Stanz- und Dichtungstechnik is a company specialising in the development and manufacture of gaskets and stamped parts, based in Grünhain-Beierfeld in the Erzgebirge region. Production covers everything that can be produced using punching processes (bridge punching, eccentric punching, punch die), laser, cutting and milling technology – in any quantity and from a wide variety of materials. The materials processed include pressboard (electrical, premium, transformer and capacitor pressboard), hardboard, laminated compression materials such as hard paper, hard fabric and glass-hard fabric, elastomers, high-pressure gasket materials, PTFE, rubber cork, cellular materials as well as various steel grades from mild steel to higher-strength cold-forming steel. The main industries are electrical engineering and transformer manufacturing as well as general industry with demand for gaskets and stamped parts. Together with customers, the company designs and develops new products and then manufactures them on a modern machine park. If required, the parts are inspected CAD-supported on a computer-linked measuring table and documented with an inspection report.
