OSCELL is an Austrian master operation for Mechatronics, Electrical Mechanical Engineering, and Automation Technology located in Vienna. Under the leadership of Mst. Osman Çeltik, the company offers services for industry and commerce: maintenance, upkeep, and repair of machinery and systems, automation technology with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff), HMI visualization, as well as drive and safety control technology. Further service areas include initial and repeat inspections according to ÖNORM E 8701-1 and E 8701-2, machine safety according to EN 60204 and Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, technical management and site coordination, as well as installation and commissioning.
