About Oskar Lehmann
Oskar Lehmann GmbH & Co. KG, based in Blomberg-Donop (NRW), is a specialist in technical plastic solutions with a complete in-house value chain from product development through design, prototyping and in-house toolmaking to injection moulding, assembly and logistics. Production is carried out using conventional injection moulding, gas-injection moulding (GID), 2-component and hybrid technology (plastic with metal or felt). More than 250 different thermoplastics are processed, including polyamide (also glass-fibre reinforced), polyethylene, hybrid systems PA/steel and PA/brass, as well as bioplastics. In addition to custom product solutions, the company offers an extensive catalogue range of standard products such as glides, plugs, caps, height adjusters, control elements and cable management. Customers come mainly from the automotive/e-mobility sector, the furniture industry, shopfitting and shelving, health and rehab, mechanical and equipment engineering, and measurement and control technology. Sales are exclusively to industry and trade.

Materials and Processes
Conventional injection moulding (1K)
Standard process for thermoplastics such as PA, PA-GF and PE.
Gas-injection moulding (GID)
Enables hollow, mass-reduced components without a volume imprint.
2-component injection moulding (2K)
Combines two plastics in a single step, e.g. hard/soft combinations.
Hybrid injection moulding (plastic/metal/felt)
Joins plastic with steel, brass or felt in the injection moulding process.
Polyamide (PA)
Robust engineering plastic, e.g. for adjustable glides and control elements.
Glass-fibre reinforced polyamide (PA-GF)
High-strength material for height adjusters and load-bearing components.
Polyethylene (PE)
Used, for example, for covers and anti-slip plugs.
Hybrid PA/steel
Combination for star-knob and handwheel-type control elements with high load capacity.
Hybrid PA/brass
Used for control elements with thread requirements.
Bioplastics
Processed on request, e.g. for special colours and customised solutions.
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)
Prototyping of polyamide plastic parts.
3D plotting process
Rapid plastic prototypes in the development phase.
