About Partec

Partec Partner der Technologie GmbH is a medium-sized family business in Meckenheim near Bonn, specializing in electroplated surface coating. Its service portfolio includes electroplated zinc plating, zinc-nickel coatings, phosphating and thermal spraying – as barrel and rack work for prototypes as well as small, medium and large series. In addition to coating, pretreatments such as degreasing, pickling and ultrasonic cleaning as well as partial coating through covering, masking and plugging are offered. The highly automated plant operates in a 3-shift system with a throughput of 15 workpiece carriers per hour; an extensive rack park enables the processing of a wide variety of components without customer-specific rack investments. The main customers come from the automotive industry; other sectors include commercial vehicles, rail, hydraulics/pneumatics, defence technology, fastening technology, and mechanical and plant engineering. The delivery area extends over a radius of 250 km, including the Ruhr region, Frankfurt and Mannheim.
