About us
Passion Design Engineering is a design studio based in Mechernich on the edge of the Eifel National Park, specialising in 3D scanning, reverse engineering and mechanical design. The focus is on the automotive industry, in particular classic vehicles and motorcycles (vintage vehicles), although this expertise can also be applied in other areas. Founder Jason Wright is a Design Engineer with 20 years of experience in top-level motorsport, including Formula 1 (Renault F1 Team, 2005 and 2006 titles), WEC LMP1 (Toyota Motorsport Germany, 2014 and 2019 titles) and WRC. The studio was founded in 2019 to purposefully transfer this design experience to the field of classic vehicles. From Mechernich, customers are served nationally and internationally, especially in Central Europe; the website is available in German and English.
