About PEKOMP
PEKOMP Kompensatorenbau GmbH was founded in 1982 by Wolfgang Weller and has since manufactured asbestos-free fabric expansion joints as well as flexible-material expansion joints tailored to specific plant requirements. The product range comprises expansion joints made from technical fabrics, films, elastomer and flexible PVC grades. In addition, the company operates its own steel parts fabrication, enabling complete deliveries including plant-specific solutions from a single source. Production takes place at the Wegberg site near Mönchengladbach, in a plant with administration building occupied in 1998 that is tailored to the requirements of an expansion joint manufacturer. Customers come primarily from plant engineering and construction. The company is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and holds the RAL quality mark for flexible-material expansion joints.
