About PERI 3D Construction
PERI 3D Construction GmbH, based in Weißenhorn, is a provider of 3D printing solutions in the construction industry and a 100% subsidiary of the PERI Group. The company offers a holistic solution for 3D building printing: the 3D portal printer COBOD BOD2, the 3D MATCONTROL assistance system for real-time monitoring of material properties, the modular building concept DREIHAUS, and a comprehensive service portfolio including training, planning and project support, material consulting, assembly and disassembly service, 3D printing supervisors, and maintenance and repair. The BOD2 is a modular portal system that is expandable in all three axes and works material-open: In addition to special dry mixes, conventional transport concrete, as well as mortars and concretes with grain up to 10 mm, can be used, and furthermore, bio- and geo-based materials. Since 2015, more than 15 projects have been realized in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, and the USA, including Germany's first 3D-printed residential building in Beckum and Europe's largest 3D-printed building, the Wavehouse in Heidelberg.

Materials & Processes
3D Concrete Printing (3D Building Printing)
Printing of buildings and components on site with the 3D portal printer COBOD BOD2.
Concrete (3D printed concrete / mortar)
Use of printing concrete and mortar for structural and aesthetic components.
Special Dry Mixes
For projects requiring special recipes in 3D printing.
Conventional Transport Concrete
The material openness of the BOD2 also allows processing locally available transport concrete.
Mortars and concretes with grain up to 10 mm
Depending on the mix and nozzle configuration, different structures, layer heights, and surfaces can be realized.
Bio- and geo-based materials
Use of more sustainable building materials, e.g., for the multi-family house in Champagne 2025.
