About us
Pfletschinger & Gauch Formenbau is a third-generation family-owned company based in Plochingen. The company manufactures injection moulding tools and injection moulds for demanding plastic products and accompanies projects from concept development through design to the sampling of the component. Its core markets are the medical, pharmaceutical and laboratory device industries as well as the packaging and closure industry, the cosmetics industry and the automotive industry. Founded in 1951 initially as a tool-making shop for insulators and electrical appliance housings made of Bakelite, the second generation converted the business into a precision mould-making operation. Today, around 30 employees work in the industrial operation, many of them trained in-house. The company is a founding member of the Verband Deutscher Werkzeug- und Formenbauer (VDWF) and is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
