About Pieper Normteile
Pieper Normteile GmbH, headquartered in Kenzingen (Baden-Württemberg), is a supplier of standard mould bases and standard components for mould making, stamping tool making, jig and fixture construction and mechanical engineering, and specialises in CNC contract manufacturing of precision parts to drawing. The product range includes ejector pins, ejector sleeves, guide elements, cutting and piercing punches, springs, gas springs, temperature control elements and connecting elements; the standard components are 1:1 interchangeable with Hasco, Meusburger, Fibro and Steinel products. Complete manufacturing to drawing ranges from material procurement through CNC turning and milling, drilling, grinding and EDM to heat treatment, coating (PVD/CVD, DLC) and marking. Manufacturing takes place in the company's own network of certified production companies with machines from manufacturers such as Hermle, Mazak, Studer, Agathon, Mitsubishi and Sodick. Customers come from the automotive, electrical engineering, medical technology, mechanical engineering, mould and tool making and automation technology sectors.
