Pininfarina S.p.A. is an international design and engineering service provider founded in Turin in 1930, listed on the stock exchange and part of the Mahindra Group since 2016. Headquartered in Cambiano near Turin, the company employs around 500 staff at locations in Italy, Germany, China and the USA. Its portfolio covers design and engineering for vehicles, mobility, architecture and products, 3D modelling and prototyping, aerodynamic and aeroacoustic testing in its own wind tunnel in Grugliasco, as well as coachbuilding and small-series production at the Cambiano site. Core competencies include body development (Body in White) in steel, aluminium and fibre-reinforced materials, interior and exterior development, HMI/UX design, and digital processes and AR/VR prototyping.
