About PlastOK

PlastOK is a Geneva-based company for sustainable plastic upcycling and part of the Precious Plastic network. The company collects plastic waste from businesses and private individuals, in particular industrial waste, and processes it through sorting, washing and shredding into a new raw material. From this recycled plastic, PlastOK produces decorative and everyday objects, technical components and spare parts that are no longer available on the market, as well as eco-friendly promotional items. For manufacturing, an XXL-format 3D printing system with a build volume of 1 m × 1 m × 1 m is available, which works with recycled plastic. The service portfolio ranges from project initiation through modeling to production and also includes training and awareness workshops for schools, companies and associations. Under its own brand PokUP, design objects such as vases, luminaires, accessories and furniture are distributed. As of 1 April 2026, the company is on pause; a resumption of activities depends on the conditions.
