About PNS Germany
PNS Germany GmbH was founded in 2016 as the European branch of the parent company PNS Mould Co. Limited from Kunshan, China, after years of collaboration between a German distributor and a Chinese manufacturer. The Wiesbaden site acts as an interface between customers and production, bundling technical expertise, consulting and sales under European trade law – in German and English. Products include milled mould frames, contour inserts, slides and standard parts for mould making as well as machined drawing parts and complete assemblies including pre-assembly. The service portfolio covers all common hardening processes (induction, case, plasma and flame hardening, nitriding, tempering) as well as surface treatments such as phosphating, burnishing, chromating, painting and powder coating. In addition, the company offers automation with service robots for cleaning, transport and service, also for rent or lease. With more than 200 employees in 3-shift operation and production sites in China, Asia and Europe, PNS Germany serves customers throughout Europe.
