About Pohl + Jehne

Pohl + Jehne Zerspanungstechnik GmbH is a machining and mechanical engineering company specializing in the precision mechanical CNC production of prototypes and series of high-precision workpieces. CNC turning and milling parts, gear components, and tools are produced – turning processes handle bar material up to 60 mm in diameter and bar work up to 120 mm; milling is done up to five axes. Colored metals, stainless steel, steels such as S235 and S355, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, as well as plastics such as PA6, POM, and PEEK are processed. Production is carried out in batch sizes from 250 to 10,000 pieces, complemented by prototype manufacturing from feasibility study to initial sample series, mechanical assembly of modules, and surface finishing in cooperation with partners (painting, zinc plating, chrome plating, anodizing, passivation, grinding, brushing). Customers come from research, electrical engineering, medical technology, rail vehicle construction, energy technology, aerospace, and mechanical and plant engineering. Founded in 1949 in Spandau near Berlin, the company has been manufacturing in a newly constructed facility in Lietzow (city of Nauen) for 1996, approximately 25 km west of Berlin; the registered office is located in Berlin. Quality management is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
