About Polytex
Polytex AG is a private Swiss company headquartered in Schönenwerd that has specialised in sample making since 1949. Its programme covers the development, design, manufacture, worldwide distribution and servicing of sample collection machines and devices: from simple hand-held devices through pinking sample cutters and gluing machines to fully automatic high-performance sample production lines and robotic systems. The range covers rough cutting, edge fixing, fine cutting, glue application and gluing, yarn winding and assembly, extending to complete sample production systems for shade cards, hanging collections, sample books, memos, TAGs, waterfall collections and yarn samples. The offer is complemented by consumables such as heat-sealing paper, nonwoven and fabric, self-adhesive tapes, cutting mats, pinking blades and a blade re-sharpening service. Customers are textile, fabric, wallpaper, paint, leather and laminate manufacturers as well as sample factories in more than 100 countries, served via over 60 local sales agencies and subsidiaries in Italy and India.
