Company

Präzisionsteile Franz Schulz GmbH (Präschu Umformtechnik) is a mid-sized family-owned company in Bretzfeld specializing in sheet metal forming. With in-house toolmaking and mechanical presses from 160 to 10,000 kN, precision parts are produced by deep drawing, stamping and bending, in particular using progressive die and transfer processes. This is followed by machining or non-cutting further processing, module assembly by joining or welding, and surface treatment including degreasing, phosphating, drying and coating. The parts are used worldwide in the electrical, automotive and capital goods industries. An integrated quality and environmental management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. In-house design and toolmaking enable the implementation of customer requirements from development to series production.
