PREMETEC Automation GmbH is a company specialized in automation and precision technology, based in Suhl. As a one-stop provider, the company implements custom measuring and testing automation systems, assembly systems, test benches as well as gauges and measuring devices – from design and in-house parts manufacturing through to assembly and programming, all under one roof. The portfolio includes, among others, runout and shaft measuring devices, clutch and pump test benches, leak and burst pressure testing machines, self-pierce riveting and crimping systems as well as special form gauge mandrels made of hardened tool steel. Customers come from industries such as automotive supply, water meter and measuring instrument manufacturing, electric motor and pump engineering as well as medical technology. PREMETEC systems are in use worldwide in 23 countries; the service offering includes maintenance, repairs, retrofit, commissioning and international service assignments.

Processed in assembly systems for crimping and in self-pierce riveting systems across various material thicknesses.
Cast housings
Large-volume cast housings as test specimens for leak testing with air pressure and measuring devices on gearbox housings.
