About Pro CNC

Pro CNC is a contract manufacturing company for mechanical CNC machining that produces components from one-off parts to automotive mass-production parts. The range of services includes turning, milling (including 5-axis and HSC milling), drilling, sawing, surface grinding, vibratory finishing and sandblasting as well as welding (manual metal arc, MIG/MAG, TIG), steel construction and tool and mould making for fixtures and jigs. In addition, assembly and machine assembly, labeling and marking as well as measuring and inspection services with 3D coordinate measuring technology are offered. Production takes place on 16 computer-controlled machine tools and machining centers from Grob, Brother, SW, Biglia and Nakamura, some with up to five axes and four spindles; programming is carried out via Mastercam and SolidWorks/CAM workstations. Materials machined include steels, cast iron materials, light metals such as aluminium, magnesium and titanium, heavy metals such as brass, copper and zinc, plastics as well as nickel alloys such as Inconel, Monel and Hastelloy. Customers are found primarily in mechanical engineering, the automotive industry and steel construction.
