PRO VA Blechbearbeitung GmbH manufactures laser parts, bent parts and assemblies from stainless steel, aluminium and steel in Olbernhau (Erzgebirge). The company's core activity is stainless steel processing; the entire production line is designed accordingly, allowing stainless steel to be processed in various formats and alloys. The service portfolio includes laser cutting with fibre laser, laser welding, MAG, MIG, TIG and manual electrode welding as well as automatic welding on a multi-axis machine cell. In the area of forming, sheet metal bending, roller levelling and round bending are available, complemented by in-depth machining. Surface finishing includes pickling of stainless steel after welding, electropolishing and glass bead blasting. An extensive stock of raw sheets enables short-notice execution of orders; in addition, the company offers manufacturing consulting and produces complete assemblies.
