prodekon is a system supplier specializing in mechanical engineering, providing assembly-ready sheet metal and steel assemblies. The company manufactures machine enclosures, machine frames, system components and modular assembly cells according to individual customer requirements. The value chain includes consulting, design using 3D and CAD/CAM applications, laser cutting of sheet up to 25 mm, tube laser cutting, welding as a certified welding specialist, machining, powder coating and assembly including the installation of purchased parts. Powder coating is possible for parts up to 7,000 x 2,300 x 2,000 mm and over 1,500 kg. Its customers are primarily machine manufacturers, for whom individual parts and series assemblies are produced. Manufacturing is carried out in accordance with DIN ISO 9001; a team of ten designers works closely with production.
