About Produktentwicklung Schoeller
Produktentwicklung Schoeller is an engineering office and model-making business in Fürth offering product development, industrial design, 3D/CAD design, model making and prototype construction. The company supports products from the idea through the concept and design phase to the development of production-ready designs, produces first samples and arranges manufacturing partners for small and large series. Its own manufacturing includes CNC milling of wood, plastics and metals, laser cutting and engraving, CNC hot-wire cutting of foams, painting, laminating of GFRP and CFRP as well as silicone mould making and vacuum casting. In addition to wood-based materials and a broad spectrum of plastics, materials processed also include metals such as steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper as well as fibre composites and resins. Reference projects come from wind energy, automotive, consumer goods and rail transport, including a frost warning system for rotor blade electronics (fos4X), a locomotive model for SBB Cargo and demonstrators with Kurz/Poly-IC.
