About us
PZ Blechtechnik GmbH is a sheet metal fabricator from Aachen offering complex sheet metal processing from single parts to large assemblies in series. The range of services includes consulting, 3D design and development, laser cutting, bending, punching, shearing, roll bending, welding, riveting, machining, grinding, deburring, as well as surface finishing and assembly, including sound insulation technology. Products manufactured include laser-cut blanks, laser-bent parts, welded assemblies, tube frames, containers and complete assemblies. Materials used are steel, stainless steel and aluminium. The company is certified by TÜV Rheinland as a welding operation for rail vehicle construction in accordance with EN 15085-2 (classification level CL1) and as a certified welding shop in accordance with EN ISO 3834-2. Customers come from rail vehicle construction, industry and the trades. Production takes place at the headquarters on Liebigstrasse in Aachen on a modern machine fleet with its own nitrogen generation.
