R.S.E CNC Maschinenservice is a sole proprietorship based in Forstern near Munich, specializing in the service, repair and modernization of CNC machine tools. At its core is the spindle service with its own spindle workshop: motor spindles and milling spindles from many manufacturers such as Chiron, Hurco, MTN, DeckelMaho, Hedelius, Haas, KaoMing, Spinner or Gamfior are repaired, overhauled or supplied as replacement spindles – including installation and removal service. The service portfolio also includes repairs to parts and components (screw gears, hollow clamping cylinders, rotary feed-throughs, hydraulic units, linear guides, ball screw drives, Rückle turn-swivel axes Type PKTS), preventive maintenance, retrofit and machine overhaul with control and drive upgrades (Siemens, Heidenhain, Hurco, Yaskawa, Bosch), laser measurement by Kolb, circular form test by Renishaw as well as expert appraisals and sales of fully overhauled used machines. Since August 2016, the company has manufactured spare parts and custom parts in-house on a job basis using a multi-axis CNC turning machine, a 5-axis milling center and several grinding centers. As a distribution partner, R.S.E also offers Schneeberger linear technology, profile rail guides and mineral casting. Its service area covers Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and Austria.
