About Rabba

Rabba Maschinenbau und Blechbearbeitung in Bremen is a family business with a tradition dating back to 1901, operating as a contract manufacturer for sheet metal processing and as a machine builder. Its service portfolio includes laser cutting to DIN EN ISO 9013 (tolerance class 1) in steel, stainless steel and aluminium, press braking, rolling, hydraulic press work, fusion-welded constructions for steel and aluminium load-bearing structures to DIN EN 1090-2 or -3 (EXC2), as well as adhesive bonding technology for metals. Up to complete large assemblies are manufactured at the plant, which has 2400 sqm of production space. In addition, the company produces its own series of hydraulic guillotine shears (Rabba HS/HSX) with working lengths up to 1530 mm and sheet thicknesses up to 50 mm, including sheet shears, scrap shears, cathode shears, ingot shears and sample shears as well as special designs. Customers come from the trades and industry. Since 01.07.2023, owner I. Hörner has continued the business under the new company name as an e.K. (registered sole proprietorship).
