The company handles the planning, development and optimization of assemblies, machines, systems and installations – from a small assembly to a complex system, including design, machining, assembly and commissioning. Fields of expertise include automation, robotics with cobots, mobile robots (MiR), fixture building, machine peripherals such as conveyor technology and feeding systems, injection molding peripherals, and production lines for Vacuum Insulation Panels (VIP). Customers come from industries such as insulation materials, paper, film, chemicals, packaging, plastics/injection molding, food and automotive supply. In addition to special solutions, Rapp Maschinenbau offers cobot rental and is certified as a system integrator for Universal Robots. The company handles more than 200 orders and projects per year for more than 100 customers.
