REDCATT is a development-driven manufacturer of professional loudspeaker drivers founded in 2014, based in Dongguan (Dalang), China, within the Shenzhen-Dongguan-Guangzhou manufacturing region. The company designs and produces woofers, subwoofers, mid-woofers, compression drivers, tweeters, full-range and coaxial drivers as well as complete loudspeaker systems including enclosure design – under its own brand and on an OEM/ODM basis. Manufacturing includes CNC machining of steel magnet components, laser profiling, automated dome and surround forming, volumetric adhesive application, UV curing and robot-assisted assembly using partly self-developed machines. Materials include neodymium, ferrite, aluminium, steel, titanium and chemically tempered glass for tweeter diaphragms (patent pending). With more than 110 products and over 25 years of team experience, REDCATT serves PA/touring sound, installed AV technology, studio monitors, musical instrument amplifiers, Hi-Fi, car audio, marine and automotive. A branch office in Woodinville, WA (USA) serves the North American market.
