About Reiden Technik AG

Reiden Technik AG is an independent, family-owned Swiss machine tool manufacturer headquartered in Reiden in the canton of Lucerne. The company has been building machines at its Reiden site for over 120 years and today specializes in the development and production of 5-axis machining centers of the RX10, RX12, RX14 and RX18 series, optionally with combined milling-turning functionality. All designs and software developments are created 100% in-house. In addition, Reiden Technik AG offers contract manufacturing for machined (chip-removal) work, including 5-axis machining (working envelope up to 2.200 x 2.200 x 1.610 mm), 3-axis milling up to 4.000 mm in length and surface grinding up to 3.200 mm. Materials machined include aluminum and steel components for industries such as mechanical engineering, medical and pharmaceutical, power generation, and the automotive and commercial vehicle industries. The company trains apprentices in four professions and offers service, spindle service, training and automation solutions.
