About us

Reinhold Bürkle Technische Federn GmbH is a medium-sized manufacturer of technical springs based in Kernen im Remstal near Stuttgart. Founded in 1965, the family-owned company produces leaf springs, stamped parts, stamped and bent parts, wire bent parts, contact springs and precision parts custom-made to drawing – without catalogue or stock items. The value chain extends from tool design (CAD/CAM) via in-house toolmaking and stamping and bending technology to heat treatment, deburring, vibratory grinding, assembly and kitting, including reel-to-reel delivery. Production is carried out using stainless spring strip steel, spring wire according to DIN EN 10270-1, carbon steels and non-ferrous metals such as copper, brass, bronze, copper-beryllium and aluminium, as well as special materials. Customers come from the automotive, electrical engineering, electronics, medical technology, mechanical engineering, outdoor power equipment and household appliance industries and are supplied worldwide. Tension, compression, torsion, helical and disc springs are offered in cooperation with long-standing partners.
