About Resch GmbH
Resch GmbH is an Austrian manufacturing company for prototypes, one-off parts and series production. Its portfolio covers machining using CNC technology, additive manufacturing (3D printing), friction stir welding (FSW), laser welding as well as jig and fixture building, completion and automation. Another focus is battery manufacturing: the company has built a new production hall with machines for battery production. In addition, the company offers research and development services, including a development unit for reusing powder waste from additive manufacturing. Managing Director Ing. Gerald Resch runs the operation with a versatile machine park that supports custom projects from idea to implementation.

Materials and Processes
Additive Manufacturing (Powder)
Powder-based additive manufacturing; powder waste is reused in an in-house development unit.
Friction Stir Welding (FSW)
Joining process for aluminium components, among other things in the context of battery manufacturing.
Laser Welding
Welding process for precision joints in prototype and series production.
Machining (CNC Technology)
Subtractive machining from one-off parts to series production.
