Roland Fleischer GmbH is a family-owned contract manufacturer in Mainaschaff near Aschaffenburg, specialising in the production of hydraulic blocks and plates from aluminium and cast metal according to individual customer drawings. Its range of services covers all machining steps from sawing, milling and drilling through grinding and deburring to quality control; surface coatings are arranged via partners. Its core competence is thermal deburring (TEM), in which parts are reliably freed from burrs by igniting a methane-oxygen mixture. The TEM system, expanded in 2020 to a machining diameter of 460 mm, is one of the largest systems of its kind available worldwide. The company also manufactures CNC turned parts from plastics. Its customers come mainly from the hydraulics industry and the machine tool supply sector.
