About Roscher Apparatebau
Roscher Apparatebau GmbH & Co. KG is an owner-managed company founded in 1945 in Beckum (North Rhine-Westphalia) that manufactures apparatuses, vessels, heat exchangers and special constructions from stainless steel in its own plant. The product range includes pressure vessels, mixing and agitator vessels, stainless steel tanks, welded plate heat exchangers (Thermoplate/Pillow-Plate) and custom-made products with volumes from 1 to over 40,000 liters, diameters up to approx. 3,500 mm, lengths up to 20,000 mm and weights up to 12,000 kg. The value chain ranges from 3D-CAD design and engineering according to the AD code of practice to rolling, round bending, profile bending and contract welding (TIG, MAG, MIG, manual arc welding according to DIN EN ISO 3834-3) to surface treatment by dip and spray pickling, passivation, grinding, polishing and electropolishing, including an in-house wastewater treatment plant. Processed materials include austenitic stainless steels (e.g. 1.4301, 1.4404, 1.4571), duplex and super duplex materials as well as nickel-based alloys such as Alloy 625, Alloy 800(H) and Hastelloy. Customers come mainly from the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics industries, biotechnology, environmental and water technology as well as mechanical and plant engineering – including Evonik, BASF and Bayer HealthCare. With around 18 employees, the company serves customers throughout Germany.
