About Ross Feinmechanik

Ross Feinmechanik GmbH & Co. KG is a third-generation family business from Lautertal (Odenwald) and has been manufacturing precise milled parts since 1946 based on customer drawings or 3D data. On modern 3- and 5-axis milling centers and gantry machining centers, components up to the size of 1,800 x 510 x 480 mm are processed; with high-precision drilling technology, the company realizes micro-drilling from 0.3 mm diameter, for example, for nozzles and parts in cleaning systems. Furthermore, Ross Feinmechanik handles the further processing of supplied semi-finished parts and mediates surface finishing processes such as anodizing, brightening, phosphate coating, and galvanizing via external partners. In 2024, the company invested 375,600 Euros in robotics, energy-efficient machining centers, and digital production solutions, funded by the PIUS Investment Program of the State of Hesse; this allows for 24/7 automation operation. Customers come primarily from mechanical engineering and plant construction; a dedicated fleet and logistics partner ensure timely delivery.
