About Ross Feinmechanik
Ross Feinmechanik GmbH & Co. KG from Lautertal in Hesse has been manufacturing precise milling parts based on drawings or 3D data since 1946. Production is based on modern 3- and 5-axis machining centers that can process components up to a size of 1,800 x 510 x 480 mm. Another performance feature is micro-drilling from 0.3 mm diameter, which is primarily used for nozzles and components in cleaning system construction. In addition to complete manufacturing, the company also handles the further processing of supplied semi-finished parts, such as laser-cut or stamped components. Processed materials include aluminum, steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals such as copper, brass, and bronze, as well as plastics, in batch sizes ranging from prototype to mass production. Surface finishing such as anodizing, passivation, phosphating, and galvanizing is performed through specialized external partners. A proprietary vehicle fleet and logistics partners ensure timely delivery.
