Rudolf Müller GmbH is a medium-sized family business founded in 1976 in Lohmar in the Rhein-Sieg district, which manufactures precision single parts, small series, and complete assemblies using CNC and conventional turning and milling machines. A focus is on plastic machinery construction: The manufacturing spectrum ranges from connectors to nozzle tools, including screw tips, mixing parts, distributors, and blowing heads. Virtually all materials are processed, such as structural steel, stainless steels, nitriding steels, non-ferrous metals, aluminium, brass, and bronze; additionally, the company offers finishing services such as stress-relieving annealing, carburizing, nitriding, hardening, chrome plating, nickel plating, and zinc plating. Manufacturing is carried out directly from customer 3D data or from 3D models created based on drawings, supported by CAD/CAM programming with Solidworks and SolidCam, as well as duplicate manufacturing including measurement and 2-D drawing.
