SACHA Group is an internationally active engineering and IT service provider headquartered in Munich. It offers engineering services along the entire vehicle development and production process, including Simultaneous Engineering, Process & Layout, Prototyping, Virtual Commissioning, PLC and Robot Programming, Safety Engineering, CAE/FEM/CFD simulations and Model-Based Systems Engineering. Further focus areas are Body in White & Closures, exterior and interior trims, seating design, Thermal Engineering, electrical distribution systems, Tool Design as well as CAD automation and software development. The Group was formed in 2019 by bringing HLS Engineering, Konstruktionsbüro Bauer (since 1977, today Bauer Engineering GmbH in Wadern-Dagstuhl) and RLE India under a single organisational structure. Customers include nine of the leading global automotive OEMs as well as Ford, Mercedes-Benz, General Motors, Jaguar Land Rover, KUKA, Comau, Thyssenkrupp System Engineering and Valmet Automotive.
