Sheet metal fabrication with expertise and passion
Sander Metalltechnik GmbH in Büren manufactures custom sheet metal parts and functional assemblies according to customer drawings or sketches. The range of services includes cutting, punching and nibbling, bending, press-fitting of studs, nuts and bushings, spot welding, stud welding, TIG/MIG-MAG welding as well as assembly of modules by riveting and screwing. Production is carried out in sheet metal and aluminium, among other things for aluminium window construction, and as a manufacturer of insect protection systems and surface-mounted glazing bars. Manufacturing takes place on modern TRUMPF systems, including the TruPunch 1000 CNC punching machine and the TruBend 3066 press brake; a basic stock of sheet metal is kept on hand to enable short routes from raw material to finished part. The company is part of the Sander corporate group, which has been active in aluminium window construction since 1980, and handles projects from one-off production through to series production – from design support to ready-to-assemble modules.
