About Schlatter Holzbau
Schlatter Holzbau AG is a carpentry and saw operation in Oberglatt in the Canton of Zurich, operating for over 100 years. The company realizes timber buildings for private, agricultural, and commercial use: new constructions of wooden houses using element construction, roofs, dormers, and roof structures, outdoor rooms and garden buildings, as well as halls, barns, garages, and stables for agricultural customers. Another area is the conversion and renovation of existing buildings, including interior construction, energy-efficient renovations, and the preservation of historical or listed building fabric in cooperation with the Heritage Office. Structures are pre-manufactured in the company's own workshop; bent components made of laminated veneer lumber are glued in our own clamping jig. The connected saw operation supplies wood from storage or as custom cuts according to customer request, also in large quantities for industry, commerce, and agriculture, as well as shaving and sawdust. Planning ranges from the hand sketch to the building permit submission.
