About us
Schröder Fördertechnik GmbH from Mannheim is a family-run business with over 70 years of experience in crane and plant construction, lifting and conveying technology, and industrial services. The product range is divided into the segments Cranes & Lifting Equipment, Lifting Devices and Ladders, Transport and Traction Devices, Steel and Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Metalworking, Foundry Technology, and Service & Consulting. Production is predominantly in steel as custom or one-off production; there is no series production. The range of services includes design, planning and project engineering, manufacturing with MAG and manual arc welding as well as conventional machining, assembly and commissioning within a radius of approximately 100 km. Customers are industrial companies, which the company supports holistically as a problem solver – from idea development to the smooth start-up of the plant.
